Staffs really nice and I got my favorite fish there he’s been with me almost a. Year now and still bright and healthy, always has the supplies I need when everything else here in Richmond has absolutely nothing!

Petland of Richmond was a nice store. Found some awesome turquoise severums just to name a few nice tropical fish they had in supply. Whenever I go to Richmond I'm gonna try to stop in and check the selection. Great customer service.

This place is better than pet smart or petco. They have young parakeets very healthy. We looked at petsmart and petco several times and petland in Richmond is the best. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Wonderful staff! We were there looking for advice on a new amphibian pet at home and to buy a pet for my 7yr old son. Logan was SO helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! He answered all of my many different questions. I hadn't been there since it became Petland but I will DEFINITELY be going back. I will look for Logan everytime I go! They were all friendly but he really made an impression on me! Thanks Logan!

This place has a good variety of pet items. The staff seemed knowledgeable and very willing to talk thru all the options of items for your pet. I really liked the amount of versatility the store had for our dog and gave us tons of other ideas as well. I hope to go back again.

The have a better supply then the last one. An they have a petting area for kids to pet the animals. You can also purchase and in grave collars here too!

This was the first time I had been there. I really wanted to purchase a parakeet for my mom for Christmas because they are very beautiful birds and reasonable priced. But she is not able to take care of it. The prices are reasonable and very interesting to go inside and see what is available.

We wash our dog here quite often. Each time we come in the way you get the dog shampoo is a little different. Sometimes it's at the counter, sometimes it's already it's in the back. The towels are always available though.

I like this place received excellent help from the manager on my bed selection for my dog and which is the best food for him.

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful fish and a huge selection. They also have a wide range of lizards, frogs and other small animals that periodically change. Not the cheapest but they have just about everything shy of saltwater fish and coral. Definitely recommend getting the bald guy if he is in. Super helpful and he knows a lot about fish.
